Move daily.
Feel better.

The story behind Daily Movement and why it exists.

I've been overweight my entire life. I started Weight Watchers when I was 8 and nothing ever worked. In 2012, I weighed 475 pounds. Not in a "I need to lose a few" kind of way. In a "I can't walk up a flight of stairs without being severely winded" kind of way. I was 22 years old and I knew something had to change before it was too late.

Over the next eight years, through nothing but consistency, a caloric deficit and exercise, I lost 250 pounds. I started showing up for my future every single day and making better choices than the day before. Slow and steady, no crash diets, allowing myself to still live but with my health and future always in mind. By 2020, I weighed 225 pounds and felt better than I ever had in my life.

Then the gyms closed. And slowly, quietly, the weight started coming back. Without structure, without a routine, without accountability, it is incredibly easy to drift. I knew what to do but I had nothing to keep me on track at home.

I couldn't afford a personal coach. So I did what made sense to me: I became my own. I started building programs on paper, curating movements, sequencing exercises, and designing routines I could do anywhere with limited or no equipment. Over time those paper programs evolved into a digital format, and eventually into this site.

Daily Movement exists because I needed it. It's built for anyone who wants to move their body every day but doesn't know where to start, can't afford a coach, or just wants a simple, structured way to show up for themselves. You don't need a gym. You don't need equipment. You just need to move.
